Large Format Digital Color Printing

    The larger of the two printers can produce an image 44 inches wide, and up to 100 feet long. It is mostly used to reproduce color paintings but, it is also capable of reproducing photographs, if the file size of the original is compatible with the finished size. High quality archival paper and UV resistant inks serve the purpose for many of these projects. If you want more protection we can laminate with a UV resistant film to reduce fading. 

     For banners, signs, posters and charts, we recommend an 8 mil polypropylene material because of its strength, and resistance to scratching and weather conditions. On this material we use a UV resistant pigmented ink, to produce long lasting vibrant colors.

     The same features and quality results apply to the smaller size printer, which can produce an image up to 17 inches wide and 100 feet long. Since both machines print from a roll of material, using the narrower format could be a cost savings to the customer.
