Prepress / Desktop Publishing
Rapid Print uses the latest direct-to-plate technology, and has the most popular graphics software in both the Mac and PC format. If you do not have a designer, Rapid Print can provide those services for you.
If you are preparing your own files for reproduction, we strongly urge saving your finished work to a PDF file and transferring the PDF to us electronically. PDF files have become a universal tool to convert different programs into a language printers can use with excellent results. The commonly used office programs like; Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher and Corel Draw are excellent programs, but not always ideal for offset or digital printing. However, no matter what process you are using saving your file to a PDF can save time and of course money for the customer.
You can learn more about PDF files online: www.adobe.com or request consultation with a Rapid Print representative, (239) 590-9797. Adobe has many options depending on your usage.
